Or what’s that word? Slainte!

Why The Whisky Obsession? Well why not. Not just Whisky too. Whiskey’s allowed in my book, just as long as you know the difference, and appreciate what comes from Scotland, what doesn’t. But back to the obsession. That’s what it is, that’s what it’s become. It’s a thought at the end of the day, an investment, and experience.

Some people know a Chardonnay from a Reisling, a Pale from a Stout. Others would like to be able to know an Island from a Speyside, from a Highland to a Lowland. And everything in between.

Someone from Glenfiddich recently congratulated me on my new found obsession; “It’s a journey you’ll never finish – but what a time you’ll have trying to complete it!”.
